The Man Behind Unbundle It®
On June 5 1981, a young man ascended the stairs of a building housing a prospective
employer convinced that he would not leave that building without a job. Disappointments

Of paramount importance are the people Elliott has been blessed to encounter along the way. From the young woman emerging from college wide eyed and excited to take the next step in her journey to the individuals who mentored him along the way and provided him with the keen insights that he has kept with him throughout his life; all have contributed to the fabric that has been woven into the man behind Unbundle It®.
Elliott’s success working with both private held and publicly traded organizations are well documented. He has effectively led teams of over 1000 and as small as two. He loves to mentor and teach. It is his passion.
In 2011 while Elliott was reflecting on his career and contemplating his life after retirement, he decided to create an organization that is committed to enhancing the lives of others through education.
He put a ‘pen to paper’ and wrote Unbundle It®. The book is a primer on how to simplify your perspective and in in doing so release the power of your team and live a better life. At the same time, Elliott founded Unbundle It® LLC as a resource to individuals and companies that seek to enhance their lives and businesses.
Elliott is a rather eclectic soul who could easily be your next door neighbor. Comfortable in his skin he delivers his message with a unique passion and style that is uplifting and memorable. He is sure to inspire you and your team while you inspire him. He lives in Southwest FL and simply “Loves Life”.
